Service Agreements

Complimentary Service

We provide up to a maximum of 2 hours of complimentary service. Service must be requested and clearly documented within seven (7) business days of website completion. This support includes updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph.

This service does not include work such as (but not limited to): significant changes to text or other content, content creation, changes to custom code, page templates, individual page layout, or CSS / styling.

Service Agreements

We have a range of paid Service Agreement choices available, enabling you to communicate directly with an experienced web professional to request ongoing content edits or content additions to your website. In addition these hours can be utilised to arrange recommended / required updates and security patches to your website.

This service does not include work such as (but not limited to): content creation, changes to custom code, page templates, individual page layout, or CSS / styling. If the requested work is extensive / falls outside of the expected scope, we will arrange a fixed price quote for you.

Casual Service Agreement

For those clients without a Pre-Paid Service Agreement, casual website edits are billed at an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour + GST. Tasks are billed in minimum 30-minute increments.

Pre-Paid Service Agreements

We have a range of Pre-Paid Service Agreement Packages available. Tasks are billed in minimum 15-Minute increments.
